Yeah! No Generation The Past Three Days During The Morning Hours!

We have actually had no generation during the morning hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Turning it on anywhere from noon to 2:00 p.m. each day.  And, Monday is scheduled to have no generation until 2:00 p.m.  Nice to see some wadeable water!

Temperatures have been hot!  90s most every day.  Today, and tomorrow are supposed to only be in the upper 80s.  We’ll see.

Brad – 6/30/26

Landon on the water last Tuesday with Bradley from Raymore.  Very good day for them on the Ruby 2, big ruby and Peachy King San Juan worm.  Little foggy when they went out so the bite was slow.  Once the fog lifted, the bite was on.

Friday, Dana hit the water with Nick from Texas.  It was a Cerise San Juan worm or Olive wooly bugger for them.

Evan and Stephen, two brand new fly fishers were out with Landon Saturday.  Worked on casting and the various presentation methods.  Picked up casting pretty quick and caught fish on the Ruby 2 midge, a #16 gray scud and the red San Juan worm.  Jim’s couple was also new to fly fishing.  Did some instructional work and pretty soon, Japheth and Aner were catching on a scuplin bugger.
