Still Getting Wade Time On Taneycomo

Had quite a bit of rain come through this morning.  Definitely cooled things down!  Looks like it will be dry through next week with temperatures in the mid 80s until we get to the weekend.  Friday will bump up to upper 80s and low to mid 90s through the weekend into early next week.  Very slight chances of rain from Friday into the following week.

Yes, they continue to have the water off during the morning hours.  Today, the schedule was to turn on a low one unit around 4:00 p.m.   Otherwise, it was off all day.  Tomorrow it will be back to no units until noon or 1:00 p.m.

Friday, Darren had Mark and his son, Logan on the water.  Tough day for them.  Pretty new fly fishers and the bite was a bit slow.

Rich and friend Nick fished with Dana Saturday.  Caught several fish on the black copperhead, ruby 2 and rusty midges.  No generation so they fished from the root wad down to the boat ramp.

Rich and Nick didn’t get enough on Saturday, so they fished with Darren on Sunday.  Mainly fished the boat ramp area and caught fish on tiny scuds and tiny midges.

Today, Gary and Erika fished with Darren.  Another day of tiny scuds and midges.
