FYI.  The Corps will be opening up two spillways today around 3:00 p.m.  Should be around 3900 cfs (what they did the last time).  They need to shut down the generators again for repair work.  Plan right now is to have them off through tonight and into most if not all of tomorrow.  Also know that the road over the dam, highways 165 and 265 will be closed from 8:00 p.m. tonight until 6:00 a.m. tomorrow morning.
