Great Weather!

Mornings are in the 60s and days are lower 80s!  Wonderful  weather and it looks like it will continue this way through next week.

We have seen one generator running 24/7 for the past several days.  Expect to continue for a few more days.  We’ll have to see Friday afternoon what the weekend will bring.

Steve with 20-1/2″ rainbow – 10/2/25

Dana on the water last Thursday with Steve and Jeff from Oklahoma.  Good day for them on the olive wooly bugger and black copperhead midge.  Steve brought in a beautiful 20-1/2″ rainbow!  Terri and Michael from Arkansas finished a one-day River Run fly fishing school and went out with Carolyn to practice their new skill.  Not a fast and furious day, but they caught fish on the Ruby 2 midge under the big ruby and stripping the JQ streamer.

Friday, Cam Collins fished with Dana.  It was an olive wooly bugger and holographic green crackleback day for them.  Jim had Rich from Florida on the water.  No best flies.  Fished spotty and lots of missed and lost fish.

Dana had James and Eric on the water Sunday.  Ruby 2 and black copperhead midges and the holographic green crackleback.  Jim was fishing Tommy and Zach.  They were stripping a #8 Fat Head.

Watched a couple waders fishing the area across from Trophy Run yesterday and they landed several fish during our three hours casting session.
