Beautiful Weather!
Didn’t think we would ever get rid of the 90 plus degree days! It is beautiful right now. Temperatures in the 70s and lots of sunshine! Looks like it will be around for a while
We continue to have no generation during the morning hours and late afternoon. Water coming on around 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. for two to three hours then off for the rest of the day. Hopefully, it will continue this was for a while longer.
Lots of fishing going on. Go to the river and you will see tons of fishers up in the area around the outflows down through the rebar area and below.
Carolyn on the water Friday with long-time friends and fishers Cathy and Jerry from Kansas. They had a fun day on the ruby 2 midge. They planned on fishing Saturday, but Carolyn worn them out on Friday!
Saturday, Dana had the first day of a three day trip with Steve and Greg from Oklahoma. Worked to catch fish, but caught some on the olive woolly bugger. Carolyn had Harold and Mechael from Texas on the water. They worked at it too, and caught fish mainly on the cream mega worm. Sunday, everyone was on the water. Dana had his guys Steve and Greg out again. Again it was the olive wooly bugger,

Jessica with 22″ Rainbow – 10-18-26
Jessica and Tony from Kansas were out with Gina. Great day for Jessica as she landed a 22 inch rainbow! Black copperhead midge, and Ruby 2 midge were their best flies. Fun day! Debi and Ron were out with Carolyn Worked them hard and landed some fish on the ruby 2 midge and black copperhead. Landon on a wade trip with JR and his two grand daughters, Violet and Iris. They had a fun morning, on the gray scud and ruby 2 midge. Landon even let the girls row the drift boat out from where they beached it while wade fishing!
Last day for Steve and Greg with Dana on Sunday. Steve introduced one of his large emerger patterns and they caught fish on that until the fish shut down.

Steve – 10-19-20
Jim was out with Jim and they fished and caught on an olive bugger. Terry was fishing with Carolyn. Their best pattern for the day was the Ruby 2 midge. Not a lot of fish, but caught several, especially after around 11:00 a.m. Seems like the fishing has been better as the day goes on. Probably because the oxygen content is rising.

Greg – 10-19-26
