Shut Down Gates The Other Day!
Forecasting rain this morning, but after that chances drop until Wednesday when they are forecasting 90% chance for rain. Thursday, Friday and Saturday also have chances for rain. Hotter and less chances for rain by Sunday into next week.
Running lots of water. Finally shut down the three overflow gates but they have been running four units 24/7. Today, they finally cut back to two units this morning but will bump it up to three units by 10:00. Monday we are looking at one unit for several hours then up to two units and eventually back to four units for a few hours.
Dana on the water last Tuesday with Tony from Illinois. Tough day with all the water. Landed a few on an olive wooly bugger.
Wednesday, Landon took Glenn and Luanne for for six hours. Pretty good day for them on the white mop fly, big Ruby, black midge and JQ streamer. They had the three gates and four units running that day, but they found some slower water and caught fish.
Matt fished with Dana Saturday. Another tough day for them but caught a few on the olive wooly bugger.
Rain, rain, go away!
