Think I’m Ready For Some Rain!
Lots of sunny days ahead. Temperatures in the 90s. Didn’t think I would say it, but I would like to see some rain!
They continue to leave water off during the morning hours and turn it on at 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Runs for three to four hours then off again.

Carolyn on the water Monday and Tuesday with Cathy and Jerry from Kansas. Very good couple of days. We caught fish on the black copperhead midge Monday and Tuesday it was the Ruby 2. Not fast and furious but steady catching both mornings. Fun day! Cathy caught the most and biggest Monday and Jerry caught the most and biggest Tuesday. Happy marriage!

It getting to that time of the year when the dissolved oxygen is getting low in Taneycomo. Some friendly reminders again this year. The fish will be getting stressed due to the low oxygen. Don’t play them any longer than you have to. If you take them out of the water, please wet your hands before you touch them. If you have to have a picture, keep the fish in the water until your camera is ready to click. When you place them back into the water maintain control of them for enough time with them facing upstream to make certain they are fully revived and ready to swim off on their own. Let’s keep our fish healthy!!!
