A Few Tough Days!

Beautiful weather!!  Sunny, not much wind and temperatures in the 80s.  Had a brief shower yesterday and they are forecasting 30% chances through Saturday.  Sunday through Tuesday, 10% chances with temperatures staying in the mid to high 80s.

Off water every morning except yesterday.  Coming on around 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon.  With the warmer weather coming in, we might start seeing more generation earlier in the day.  We will just have to see.  Hope so, makes for better wading.

Jim on the water  Sunday with Andrew and his son Tate from Tennessee.  Slow day for them.  Small streamer was the only thing they brought in a few fish.

Monday, Darren had Dennis on the water.  Few misses and six rodeos but nothing to the boat.

Mark – 5/30/23

Mark from Alabama fished with Dana Tuesday.  Another toughie.  Tan b-bug and the black copperhead midge were their best patterns.

Water on yesterday and that seemed to change the trend.  Dana took one of his regulars, George, out for the day.  Much better on the ruby and P&P midges.  Even caught a brown trout.
