Cold Weather On The Way!

We had a few decent days last week when it was in the 40s or 50s.  However, I think this is coming to an end.  Monday will be the warmest day of the week with temperatures in the upper 30s or low 40s.  After that, it will drop from high 30 degrees Tuesday down to 20 degrees by Friday and Saturday.  Lows could hit the single digits Friday and Saturday night.  Shiver!  Guess it’s time for some winter weather.  Good news…..this too shall pass.

Generation schedule has been the equivalent of two units 24/7 for the last five to six days.  It will probably continue at this level for several more days as Table Rock is still a little above power pool.  Currently the level is 915.5′.  With the cold weather in many locations, they may need to continue running generators for power so it could be even longer.

Darren on the water last Tuesday with Scottie from Springfield.  They had a pretty good day on the tungsten red San Juan worm, a ruby 2, rainbow warrior and or a scud.

Thursday, Carolyn took Gary and his wife Joyce out for half a day.  Slow start, but we finally started hooking some fish on either a red San Juan worm or a ruby 2 dropped from the big ruby.  Cold, windy day, but we caught enough fish to keep it interesting.

Friday they went out again.  This time it was with Dana.  Another red San Juan worm, ruby 2 under the big ruby day.  Joyce brought a nice 20 inch rainbow to the boat this day!  Yeah for Joyce!  And, it was a little nicer day.
