Snow, Snow, Go Away!

Think we had about 8 inches of snow in the area.  Much less than they forecast.  Yeah!  Temperature today hit 40!    Very nice.  Did a lot of melting.  Believe we are going to see 30s or better over the next three days.  By Friday, right now it looks like it is dipping into the teens for Friday and Saturday.  Sunday starts a right into the 30 and next week looks like 40s!!

With the colder days, we have seen lots of generation.  Lower this afternoon for a few hours which made wading possible.  Looks like we will see the same tomorrow afternoon.

Way behind in fishing reporting.  Dana on the water two weeks ago today.  No generation but very windy.  Had a tough day with no fish to the net.  Landon had John and Amy on the water and they found the spot.  Amy caught her biggest trout yet (18 inches).  They were fishing the Ruby 2 midge and the mop fly.  Had a fun day!

Just heard from one of our guides, who is out guiding himself, that there is a shad kill going on!!!  However, so many of them you pattern is just one of many.
