Couple of Cold Days Ahead!
For the past several days they have been running a lot one unit almost all day. Sometimes they pop it up to two for an hour or two but that’s about it. Does limit wade fishing in several areas as one low unit still raises the level up at least two feet. With the limited fishing areas, reports on fishing have been very good to not so bad.
Burrr! Hope this is our last shot of winter. Rain moving in this afternoon and temperatures will start to drop. Expect 32 degrees by 10:00 or 11:00 p.m. and dropping all night. Tomorrow’s high will be 32 degrees. Tuesday will warm up to the low 40s by late afternoon. Wednesday will start warming up and hit a high in the upper 60s by 4:00 p.m. Then it is nice weather ahead. Looks like a possibility of low 80s late next week.
Jim had Nick and Jeff on the water yesterday for half a day. Good day for them pulling the JQ streamer. They tried several nymphing patterns but no luck so they stayed with streamer work. Because of one low unit running, they did the full run.
