Great Weather!
Can you believe we have had several days in February in the upper 60s or low 70s?!! Today will be in the upper 50s….probably will hit 60! 70 for Friday, but cooler and rain on Saturday. However, Sunday goes back into the lower 60s and early next week will be 70s!!! We’ll take all of this weather we can get in February.
Generation schedule has been a little off the wall! Plus, what they say is not necessary what they are doing. Yesterday we were supposed to have some water generation all day. They turned it off at noon for the rest of the day! Certainly makes planning a guide trip a little difficult. So far this morning they have run two units, three units, four units and now back down to three units. So far they are sticking to their guns. If they follow the schedule, it will be one units for a couple hours then off around 1:00 p.m. four four hours.

Great, fun trip for Carolyn with Dean from Kansas. They fished Tuesday and Wednesday. Dean has been fishing with us for several years and had his best day yesterday. Beautiful weather both days. Tuesday was definitely a bit warmer, but both days were sunny warm enough! Tuesday was a full run as they started and ran more water then they posted. Fish were spotty. You would catch 3-4 fish in an area then nothing, so you kept on moving. Yesterday, since they turned the water off as opposed to the posting of running water all day, it was find an area with some movement. And, the fish were holding in places so you would fish through those areas and return and fish them some more. Lots of fish both days but especially yesterday!
