More Tough Days and Good Days!

Getting some much needed rain the past few days.  Looks like more is coming this week.  Raining right now and is projected during the morning hours.  Should cut back by afternoon.  Tuesday and Wednesday are both predicting rain, then we start seeing sunshine Friday and through the weekend!

No generation pattern continues in the morning and early afternoon hours.  On for three to four hours then back off again.

Dana on the water last Sunday with two Roys from Texas.  Caught some fish on the Ruby 2 and rusty midges.

Monday, Jim took Nick out for half a day.  Not a bad day on a sculpin pattern and a size 18 tan scud.

Tough day for Jim and Landon Wednesday.  They had a group of four on the water.  Jim Mark and his Dad.  No good flies.  Doug and Keith were with Landon and they caught a fish on a scud.  Few misses but the fish were just not hitting.  Carolyn had her long-time fishers Mike and Jan from Oklahoma on the water.  They too struggled to get a few fish on the mop fly and tan scud.

Thursday was a little better.  Mike and Jan spent another half day on the water with Carolyn.  Definitely more fish on the JQ streamer, tan scud and Ruby 2 midge.

Karen and Ryan from Oklahoma did a wade trip with Dana on Friday.  Best pattern for them was the holographic green crackleback.
