Might See Some Rain Today or Tomorrow!

We are still seeing nice temperatures.  Even with the threat of rain today and tomorrow, temperatures will be in the 50s.  Coolest day over the next seven days looks like Wednesday when it is forecast to be in the mid 40s with a mix of sunshine and clouds.  Then back into the mid 50s Thursday and the beat goes on!

Yes, generation still 24/7.  However, they have started reducing the flow rate.  We are now down to 100 mwh instead of the 200.  Doesn’t help wading much, but boating will be a little easier.   Table Rock is now at 915.84.  Just a little ways from power pool, and will still take several days to get there based on the discharge rate.  No problem……that’s just life in a tailwater.

REMINDERS – Spey/switch rod clinic March 31, 2018.  Give us a call if you wish to register for this clinic.  Rods will be provided, but if you want to apply what you learn with the two-handed rods to your normal fly casting rod, bring wither a 5 or 6 weight, 8-1/2 to 9′ rod and Jim will hold a special session after the clinic to work with you on this technique.  $60/person – 417-332-0460
