Great 4th of July!

Beautiful day today.  Small chance for some rain today, but later in the day.  Tuesday’s forecast is a pretty good chance for thunderstorms.  Chances again on Wednesday; then slight on Thursday and no rain predicted for Friday through the weekend!  Temps staying unseasonably cool until Friday when we get back into the 90s.

Generation projection for today was four units all day.  However, some time after 10:00 a.m., they shut it down to 2 units.  Right now, Taneycomo is at 707.7 feet and the cfs is 6,423.  To be continued…….

Stan on the water all day the 4th with Mark from the St. Louis area.  Good day for them on the tiger tail and ruby 2.  Even caught a few on a light olive soft hackle.

Yesterday, Dana had Paul and Andrew our for half a day.  They did well on the red d-rib midge, ruby 2, and peach egg.  Had a couple browns in their mix.  Darrell and Carolyn had our long time customers and friends from Louisiana, the Kerrs, out for the day.  Always a fun day and usually lots of action.  Yesterday was no exception.  Albert and James Albert in Darrell’s boat were catching on the ruby 2, tiger tail and JQ streamer.  Dawn in Carolyn’s boat caught fish on the ruby 2, ruby, P&P, copperhead black midge, lightning bug, light olive soft hackle and a few on the tiger tail.  Had a couple browns in our mix.  As a matter of fact, the last fish for the day was a nice brown.
